I had a great experience dealing with Alan and Lee throughout the purchase process. They were professional, responsive, and always happy to help with any questions I had. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I genuinely couldn't fault the service they provided. Unfortunately, after carrying out surveys on the property on Thirlmere SK11, significant issues were discovered, including asbestos and failing roof. While this was obviously disappointing, it was no reflection on Alan and Lee, who were helpful and professional throughout the process.

Bought and sold through them , well informed throughout the process - can't fault anything at all, would recommend.

Very pleased with Alan Lee estate agents, they gave a sensible pricing for my house and very quickly were arranging viewings. I found them very good on communication regarding viewings and feedback and I would get a quick response or call back or email with any queries I had. They were also very helpful during the sale process when any problems arose.

From the initial request for a valuation, through listing, viewings, Sale subject to contract and the conveyancing process they were the height of professionalism, responding promptly to communication and providing advice and support readily. We have recently used Alan Lee Estate Agents to sell our property and would highly recommend them! The whole Team is extremely knowledgeable about the local area and have a huge amount of experience. Managing to get our house to Sold STC in 4 days then communicated brilliantly with both us and our buyer whilst we found our new home. From initial valuation, beautiful photos, organising viewings that worked around our lives (and dog!) then through to completion we can't not recommend the Team enough, 5*. Finding a house with Alan Lee was a brilliant experience. Of all the estate agents I used, they were by far the best - Cherrie was very helpful when looking around homes, as well as informative, and also allowed me time to myself to look around which no other estate agent did. I would highly recommend them!

As estate agents go, in our case Alan Lee and staff were exceptional.After being on the market for 3 months with another well known high street agent, our property didn't sell and we received very little help. We decided to change agents and we chose Alan Lee, what a difference it made, they sold our property within 2 weeks, handled all the viewings. Kept us advised and up to date with the whole process. Honestly couldn't recommend enough, extremely professional company and personally if I ever sold again in the future, I wouldn't use anyone else.

We couldn't speak more highly of the whole team at Alan Lee. We recently sold our house and the process has been seamless from start to finish. The team were everything you would want in an estate agents, kind, warm, friendly but also efficient and professional.
