Their no-nonsense approach to the marketing of the property, viewings and clear, on-going communications is the reason why we chose them. Having bought a house via them previously I had first-hand experience of the personable, and approachable, fantastic service their team provide. Highly recommend them.

My Husband and I chose Alan Lee after meeting both Alan and two other agents from larger chain Estatge Agents. Alan was really complementary as he entered our home and was genuinely enthusiastic about selling our house. He appeared not to be in a rush nor tied up with other tasks, giving us time to chat and consider our options. This felt personal and less 'next customer please' than with the competitors. The viewings were very well organised and executed by Cheri on a single weekend. During the process we had a couple of hitches which Alan, Lee and Cheri dealt with swiftly and with genuine empathy. We could always get hold of one of them on the phone straight away. They helped us make quick and sometimes difficult decisions when one was needed and we were very grateful for this. If you would like a modern proactive estate agency to take care of selling your house then Alan Lee are for you. Within a few days of instructing Alan Lee, we had several viewings booked in and long story short, our house sold overnight. Unfortunately due to a change in the buyers circumstances, the buyer pulled out but Alan Lee were on the ball and organised new viewings and our house was sold again the same week.
